Do not buy from this dealership if you live out of state! Shawn Rhea was our salesman which knew nothing about the sales tax. Had we known this we would not have made the deal. Honestly do not purchase a vehicle in Indiana. They are not a reciprocal state therefore you will be pay taxes in the state you reside as well as Indiana. I’ve learned an expensive lesson and realize Don Hinds Ford is all about the sales. Even after calling them about this they still didn’t know the tax rules. More

They both displayed much patience with me throughout months of working together in my purchase of a terrific 2024 Maverick XLT (non-hybred). I can't give 5 stars on one. The deal was smooth, in and out within like an hour or an hour and a half truck was (almost) perfect. Kyle was great and personable. Here is the bad part. what i didn't notice was there was a chip at the top of the driver door glass that can't be seen when the window is fully up or fully down. First time I put the window down I noticed it and immediately called the dealership. Took it in the next day and they won't do anything about it.
