Used the online service request, received an email confirming my request but that was it. I called to verify my appointment and was told I didn't have an appointment and that they don't due online app confirming my request but that was it. The first time I received my email confirming the request but that was it. I called that time to confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for the day and time I requested. I won't be going back!! Took my 2003 Dodge Diesel in for an "regular oil change", and they put in Synthetic oil against my request when I checked it in! I purchased the truck new, and been going to Dishman since 2008 for maintenanc and they put in Synthetic oil against my request when I checked it in! I purchased the truck new, and been going to Dishman since 2008 for maintenance. They quoted me $120.00, My bill came out to $133.00? OH, they took off $1.40 for being a Vietnam Vet! They also quoted me $700.00 to replace my batteries. I went down the street and got new truck batteries and installed for less than $300.00. Just think if you purchase a vehicle at Disman, what type of service to expect? More

I got a check engine light on my new ram 3500 Called them and was told they couldn't read code for two weeks. I went and had code read, called them and a woman told me she couldn't tell me what it was but a and was told they couldn't read code for two weeks. Worst dealership in Spokane and Washington. Do yourself a favor buy somewhere else and run from this dealership. I am so glad we bought our truck at a different dealer. Took my truck in there and it cost 1000$ to fix the heater. 1 year later same problem and they won't warrenty it because the vehicle is a "Canadian Dodge ram 1500".
