Horrible experience! The advisor I had Tyler, never mentioned there will be a charge when I have warranty on my vehicle. I was charged for a diagnostic test because the advisor stated “we assumed the vehicle would be covered under warranty until we actually see the issue. I was blamed for something that is not my fault! He didn’t even apologize nor try to accommodate me. Wasted 4 hours of my time. More

Customer service is gone. Daytona Kia😡 This shop gave up the courtesy plug in to see what is wrong. Maybe I am not the typical older customer. I had plenty of work needing do Daytona Kia😡 This shop gave up the courtesy plug in to see what is wrong. Maybe I am not the typical older customer. I had plenty of work needing done on my care, which I wanted to schedule that day. My concern at the moment was a service engine light. Wanted my car safe on the road till my scheduled appointment. I did not want to take up time for immediate appointments and customers. I gave my business to the third place I stopped at. The only one willing to plug it in. Today was my scheduled appointment. Wish I gave Daytona Kia my money but you want 145$ just to plug in my car to find out what is wrong, that is BAD customer service. Good luck. More
