Stopped in on the last day of the month to look at a truck and ended up purchasing it. It only came with 1 key and 1 fob. I asked that I get 2 keys and fobs and Jordan D. made that happen. Had to wait truck and ended up purchasing it. It only came with 1 key and 1 fob. I asked that I get 2 keys and fobs and Jordan D. made that happen. Had to wait a month but he followed through. Only took 45 min in service. I wish all of my big purchases could go this well. More

When we arrived on the lot, a sales man named Richard Vogt approached us. We told him that we were sent by my father to see “Big Al”, but he said he wasn’t available, which turned out to be false, and he would help us. At that point, my wife found a car that she liked around 2:00PM and they let us take it for a ride. We told Richard that we would be back before closing so we can take it around and see if it would fit us. During that time I had to be dropped off to pick up my car. My wife and I decided that we wanted to wait until Monday to see if we wanted to buy the car. My wife got the car back a few minutes after closing time and told Richard that we didn’t want it and he then began to berate my 120lb, 5’4 tall wife in front of everyone in the lobby and saying that it was “Unbelievable” that we wasted his time. He then went and started talking crap on her in front of her to his counterparts. He tossed her keys at her while berating her. I pulled up and wasn’t aware that this happened and he started to say something to me when I met my wife outside until I shut it down, then he went back inside. My wife was crying after words and she told me everything after we left. I’m just totally shocked how unprofessional and rude he was to my wife and us because he didn’t get a deal today. We were going to come back on Monday, but now, not so much. Again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. More
Poor customer service in the service department. Set the appointment for Thursday, had to drop the truck off the night before due to work. Never received any type of communication what so ever. Tried to call and never got to speak with the advisor, left a voice mail and never heard back. Drove to the dealer at noon and the truck had still not been moved. This is the second time dealing with these problems with this dealership and will NEVER return. More
I purchased vehicle from them in 2015 and had all the service done at the dealership. Had a lifter and air conditioning problem. Spent $10,000 + and could not be more unhappy with the experience. felt they were the experts and was totally wrong. Sent a letter to the president of Davis Moore on October 23 so I would not have to vent on this site to everyone. No reply. Was without my vehicle a total of 4 weeks off and on. They did pay for a rental the the last week but did get a charge on my credit card for gas which was in error as I filled it on the return to the dealership. Still waiting on that check. Totally feel I was a source of overpriced parts and labor. More
We just had some work done on our Jeep. Kimberly, our Service Advisor went above and beyond to meet our needs. She is both professional and friendly. A great lady to work with. Did a great job with my new truck. Was looking to trade out of my charger and they got me into a new 6.2 rst and I love the truck. The sales stuff were all very helpful and nice. Let’s just start from the beginning. I have been through almost 10 different car deals myself, and this was one of the worst car buying experiences of them all. On April 23, I showed up I have been through almost 10 different car deals myself, and this was one of the worst car buying experiences of them all. On April 23, I showed up at this dealership to talk to someone about purchasing one of the incoming Chevrolet Trailblazers. I got inside sat down we started talking about the first incoming one. Then came to find out that another person was making a deal on it which is no big deal, so I left because it was the only one I wanted. Got a call forty-five minutes later saying the other person decided not to buy it and I could come back to make a deal. I came back and I ended up purchasing it. This process was very smooth and easy. Upon signing the papers I told them I wanted a trailer hitch and the windows tinted when it was delivered on May 14th which they said they could do. They also said they would keep me updated during the whole process which they didn’t, I was the only one to reach out. From the date of buying the car until it finally showed up on May 16th was roughly three weeks which was what I was told from the beginning. I get a call on May 17th that they did not order the correct part for my trailer hitch and it would not be in for at least another week and that they were putting on the window tint on the 18th which for them was the next day of this phone call. This was the first time the dealership had reached out to me. This was highly frustrating because they had almost a month to order the correct parts and now I am having to wait. I was told I could not get the car until they were finished. On the 20th, I decided I didn’t want to wait to receive the car so I called and asked to pick it up that day suddenly that was okay and then I needed to bring it back when the part had shown up which at the time was okay. Then I was told the car would be ready when I got there which would take me about 2 hours because of where I live. Upon arrival, I am inspecting the vehicle and the window tint had NOT been done. This was highly frustrating because I had to wait for them to tint the windows on top of driving all that way and being told it would be ready. Why didn’t the window tint get done on the 18th like they called and told me? I do not know and the service guy didn’t have an explanation for me. This then resulted in me not being able to roll my windows down for three days unlike if they had done it when they said I could have. I finally got tired of waiting again on May 31st, so I called to find out if the part had arrived and they said it had. Why hadn’t anyone called me and let me know? The soonest I could even get an appointment was Friday the 3rd but I had something come up so the next soonest was Tuesday the 7th. On the 7th, they got my car 15 minutes early, no one could answer the question of how long the appointment would take so we decided to wander around the store next door for an hour. After a little over an hour, we got hungry and assumed it should be done but it wasn’t and so they offered us a rental car so we could go get lunch. Finally, after 2.5 hours after dropping my car off it was done. I inspected the part they installed to make the hitch look better and I am not impressed it looks terrible. I have yet to see what it looks like under the car. I wouldn’t have had one put on if I had known they were cutting a hole in my bumper which I was told when buying the car it went below the bumper, not in the bumper. What was supposed to be a 3-3.5 week car deal turned into a 6-week car deal. I understand that this situation was unique but so are a lot of peoples buying experiences. I do not think I will be returning here. More
