Dennis, my salesman, and Tyler Trenary went above and beyond to make this a great experience. They did everything I asked and went even further to make me happy. We went to purchase 2 new vehicles from the dealer but they refused to treat us with the respect and dignity that we asked for upfront. Since we were looking to purchase 2 vehicles and had already done t they refused to treat us with the respect and dignity that we asked for upfront. Since we were looking to purchase 2 vehicles and had already done test drives and knew what we wanted we thought the experience would go smooth. The sales team was VERY high pressure and refused to help us understand what the total 2 vehicle sale purchase would look like. They folded up their offer when we asked them to do the workup on the 2nd vehicle as well and turned on the extreme high pressure sales tactics. We instead brought our business to David Taylor Chrysler/Jeep/Ram in Ellisville and had a completely different experience. We purchased through David Taylor and they helped us to understand the entire package and were not afraid to talk to us about how they compared to the other options. We actually even got a better warranty through David Taylor that we were offered at Dave Sinclair. When they were working up the deal the sales rep abandoned us at his desk to go "talk to the manager and get us the best possible deal" however we could easily hear the conversation revolved around the previous night's drinking activities and how our sales rep had to leave his girlfriend's house this morning to get to work rather than anything around the "deal" he was going to get us. Also as they talked they were openly dropping the 'F" bomb loud enough that the entire showroom could easily hear. Was not a professional atmosphere and was not a collaborative process. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer. More

Don’t waste your time they are very unprofessional. Would never buy another car from them . The worse part is we gave them a opportunity to make good and change our mind but they would rather us write a unpl never buy another car from them . Waste of time Visited their website and found several Ram 1500's that interested me. I even called to inquire and then drove down from St. Charles. Upon arrival I f Visited their website and found several Ram 1500's that interested me. I even called to inquire and then drove down from St. Charles. Upon arrival I found one truck and not the several they had listed. Upon talking with a salesperson I was told "oh those trucks are in transit"?!?!?! Not sure why there are listed trucks on their page they do not even have yet. That would have been nice to have known before I drove down the 40 minutes to get there. Bottom line is that the trip was a waste of time and don't be fooled by lower priced vehicles listed on their website. More
My 2008 Jeep commander needed a new water pump, cause it was leaking. I took it to this dealership to be repaired. It cost me over $600 and within the week after service it was still leaking. I took it back was leaking. I took it to this dealership to be repaired. It cost me over $600 and within the week after service it was still leaking. I took it back and showed them where it was still leaking. After speaking with owner he wanted to charge me more to fix it. So the statement of "If it's not right we will make it right" it a lie. I will never take another car her for repairs or anything else for that matter. More

A “down-home folksy place" recommended by an MD, PhD I had been talking about replacing my car for a while. It was wrecked and the plates were about to expire. When I'm done with a car, it's pretty used I had been talking about replacing my car for a while. It was wrecked and the plates were about to expire. When I'm done with a car, it's pretty used up. With my son set to graduate college this spring, I decided to maybe, just maybe, buy a new car. One day while I was talking to the doctor/scientist mentioned in the title, cars came up. He told me that I should go check out Dave Sinclair in Pacific because it was the kind of a place that reminded him of “small town back home” with “great people”. When I reminded him that I was from the Pacific area he said even better, you won’t have to go far for good service and that he didn’t mind driving from St. Louis to get it. I wasn’t planning to buy a new Jeep that day, in fact I wasn’t planning to buy anything at all. I was just looking. My girlfriend and her son were with me when we stopped by Dave’s showroom. We were met by a new salesman, Tom Inman. He asked me what I was interested in and I told him that I was looking at anything, new or used, that got twenty-five miles to the gallon or better, was still under factory warranty and not a pooch. And that I was just looking! I thought I was a car guy. Although, I own a truck, I like driving cars. Much to my surprise I started leaning toward a Jeep Compass. When I sat in one in the showroom, I noticed it didn’t have the all of the blind spots that I was used to in other SUVs. I think Tom figured out how this was going and asked me what my favorite color was. A few moments later he pulled up in a red 2018 for me to test drive. The drive was good, but after we parked it another one caught my eye. We went back inside and Tom pulled the specs on the one I had just driven and the one that I would end up buying. While we were looking at the numbers and the different options between the two, Tom popped back in with another set of keys and said if you’re really of thinking about the other one I won’t let you buy it unless you drive it. But, by this time my girlfriend’s 10 year old son was getting a little crabby about the car shopping process and had no intention of going on another test drive. The manager said it would be okay, if he just wanted to watch a little TV in the waiting room while we took a drive and that he would watch him. We weren’t worried because he had his phone and could call either of us, and that we would be back pretty quick. We were. I had just found exactly what I was looking for. I had to pay a little more for the 2019, but it had better options and I LOVED it. It has snowed a few times between now and then and I now really have a hard time trying to figure out why I never owned a four wheel drive before. I love my new Jeep! Tom even washed it for me last week, like he said he would and just like the doctor said, “great people”. More
