they didn't waste my time, showed me what i wanted to see and w were able to finalize a sale quickly and efficiently. i had looked at the santa cruz the day before at another dealership and was not taken ser and w were able to finalize a sale quickly and efficiently. i had looked at the santa cruz the day before at another dealership and was not taken seriously or treated well...I have purchased/leased Fords before, and leased from Dana in 2013. I have not done business with this dealership since as I felt after that lease ended, the sales person did not listen to my needs and wants...I went with the Hyundai Santa Fe, then, a Kona...I bought out the Kona lease, purchased a new Tesla, traded it in after 6 weeks, and purchased a new Genesis which I currently own, I then leased a Genesis for my 21 year old son ...I feel that as a female, I should be taken as seriously as a man, but that doesn't always happen , this time it did...I know about vehicles (i also own a corvette) I am a buyer, not a looker. I know what I want when I come in, and I like to get to the point. I felt that Luis understood who he was dealing with, addressed my needs and wants and was respectful and courteous More
