I bought a 2013 Ford C Max with high miles as a mechanic special. In the first week, we noticed what seemed like a wheel bearing issue. Not only did they replace both bearings, they also replaced a brake light and windshield fluid hose at no cost. I was really happy with the transparent communication my salesperson Heath provided throughout the sales process and am especially impressed that the service department took care of these issues when they technically didn’t have to. I never intended to purchase a vehicle from your company and in fact only stopped at the dealership to browse your lineup because my wife thought that they might be an option.
