Worst experience of my life. Most disrespectful people I have EVER dealt with. From the sales manager, George, to the sleazy sales manager, Syeed. Who by the way told me that the clientele he has to deal with is less than fun to deal with. My sister came 2 hours away to get a telluride that was 1 year old. They cracked the windshield when they were prepping it and we had to fight to get it replaced. I could go on for pages but it’s not even worth my time. TRUST ME, THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE LOCATION TO DEAL WITH. I did buy my nephews both a Nissan from daycare and they were wonderful. But management needs to fire just about everyone there. Sales need to be replaced with someone focused on customer service, not the bottom line. Starting with the slicked back slimey sales manager Sy, who couldn’t have cared less about the windshield issue until I got the state police inspections unit involved. THANK YOU ALL FOR RUINING WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT DAY FOR MY SISTER. Instead we played who is the bigger ignorant jerk. NEVER AGAIN Ps George our salesman couldn’t even bothered today hionce even though we spent the entire day there and walked pass each other several times. Also we were offered our money back because they said we could sell it 100 times over but since we paid cash it would take 2 weeks to get it back. Hahaha. Very sad More

The customer service here is terrible. They are friendly but as far as getting your car serviced here I would not recommend it. Denise is outstanding she went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted when the original continued to get delayed by difficult market conditions and arranged to swap a very lucrative car f sure I got the vehicle I wanted when the original continued to get delayed by difficult market conditions and arranged to swap a very lucrative car for the dealer with another Darcars Kia in Frederick MD one they had that was like the one I wanted.. they drove to that dealer to pick it up and drove it back which is no short drive.
