Purchased a car this month; it was an out of state transaction. Sales person was Emmy. Since he was not sure about how this would work, he got the general manager Massi involved. Between them both the transaction. Sales person was Emmy. Since he was not sure about how this would work, he got the general manager Massi involved. Between them both the issues were solved, and in fact Massi personally drove the car about 2 hours to meet up with me to complete the transaction. That is what customer service is all about. I purchased a vehicle here February 6, 2024 they gave me temporary tags for 1 month, now its been about a month and a half since a got my car. my tags has been expired for two weeks now.
