I live in Texas, found a car i wanted and called the dealership. They transferred me to Peter Eaton Sales. Iv'e never had a more car buying experience as great as what Peter helped me with. I will always call Peter in the future on any car buying that i will need. The dealership and finance dept were easy going , no pressure to upsell. Customer service is outstanding from sales to post delivery. Mike Furman and Jason Witte were very helpful. This is the 3rd Corvette that I have purchased from Criswell Chevrolet. Can I give less than a 1 star review. ..service manager mike mccormick yelled at and shoved an older black man who had his grandson with him. apparently tried to stack unneeded services on ..service manager mike mccormick yelled at and shoved an older black man who had his grandson with him. apparently tried to stack unneeded services on a repair bill...not the first time I've heard of this type of practice from this place...AND experienced this type of "service"...attempting to add on over $1500 of service, not including labor, when none of it is needed is conspiracy to commit fraud/theft...
