Recap of the review I posted earlier today, 3/1. I previously submitted a negative review about the Service Department. I was able to speak with Randall, Service Manager and he worked it out. Randall has helped on several matters and came through again. I give 10+ for resolving the issue and willing to make it right. I also apologize for getting frustrated at those involved. Thanks More
I had an appointment today that was scheduled a week out and a loaner was requested because of the service that was going to be provided. What sense does it make to schedule an appt with loaner, if you are going to give the loaner that was reserved for me to someone else. What sense does it make to say we have an appt open at a specific time that will have a loaner avail only to say, it's first come first served? I've had issue after issue with your services, and I continue to return there. There's some serious issues with your service department. I see why the service reps beg for all good marks. I'm going to escalate this matter up. More
Purchased a 2023 QX60 sensory edition in December and it has been back to the shop three times for issues related to Apple Car play connection and system feature that seem to go out periodically. Surprised the audio system doesn’t support surround sound optimal listening unless it’s powered by Apple Car Play. Service has tried to remedy the issues but they keep resurfacing. It will be the last Infinity for me. More
I had my Volve XC 90 in for service recently and Jarryd Roberts, my Service Advisor was exceptional. He made sure I received a loaner car, explained the issue and how they planned to resolve it and he kep Roberts, my Service Advisor was exceptional. I can't say enough positive things about the level of service Jarryd Roberts and the entire service team provided. More
