I LOVE MY NEW HYUNDAI SANTA CRUZ PICKUP! I’ve wanted one for awhile but I absolutely hate going through the grind of purchasing a new car. So, I went online to Crain Hyundai Bentonville and I’ve wanted one for awhile but I absolutely hate going through the grind of purchasing a new car. So, I went online to Crain Hyundai Bentonville and found what I was looking for. Then, I completed most of the of the car buying experience right there on their website. Then when I went into their dealership to complete the purchase, I have to tell you that it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of them. Jeromy Clawson, salesman, was excellent to work with. Very knowledgably and extremely courteous. Financing was a breeze with Eric Shelton. No pressure to buy anything else other than the car itself. But one thing I really appreciate Eric for was him explaining how I can save a ton on interest by making ‘by-weekly’ payments. By doing this, I will save far more on interest than the cost of a fully covered extended warrantee policy; so, I was very pleased to add that to the purchase. Now, I have no worries at all concerning my new Santa Cruz for as long as I own it, at least for the next 10-years. Do go to this dealership to purchase a new car! !!!!! I put a deposit on a car that was being transported in by boat. I was told. This was August 21, 2023. I kept being told oh it is next month !!!!! I put a deposit on a car that was being transported in by boat. I was told. This was August 21, 2023. I kept being told oh it is next month and then another few weeks. Well today is Oct 23, 2023 and was told they sold my car to someone else...... Now I am stuck. In the last 2 months I would have been able to continue to look for what I wanted. Was told this was an upper decision to allocate my car to someone or somewhere else. Nice to keep peoples deposit for 2-3 mos and never sell them a car. Just say Sorry. Great way for the dealership to have use of others people money for as long as they want. They don't have any skin in the game. Interest rates have since gone up for me and I am renting a car for the last month since mine was going to be here. Shame on them. Poor business for sure. Do not trust anything they say.
