Palm Harbor Honda is a very nice place. Employees are polite facilities are clean and workmanship is very good. However, while in there for oil, change tire rotation, and a wheel alignment, I thought they were supposed to inspect things like air filter, cabin filter, when you bring your car in as it is only two years old Under warranty. They failed to do so as my filter was very dirty. So, needless to say, I am a bit disappointed that they just didn’t bother to do normal warranty checks. While doing the tire rotation, I guess they added or Took air out of the tires to comply with required air pressure. Well, we started driving home and got about 20 minutes away from Palm Harbor and all of a sudden my dashboard lights up saying my tire pressure is low. So we turned around and had to drive all the way back and informed them and they said that the machine that was used to fill your tires up is malfunctioning Other than that, there were no issues Needless to say the reason we were a bit upset was the fact that we live an hour from the dealership and we had driven 20 minutes after the appointment on our way home done only to find out we had to drive back 20 minutes get the tires fixed Oh yes, one other thing when we discovered our tire fresher was low. We tried four times calling the dealership. NOBODY ANSWERED not too good of a system. They have in place I guess. More
