The help and service was nice & Garland was extremely helpful and courteous. I came in with a full tank of gas, albeit was bad gas-it was disappointing the service center didn’t fill my car up and charge helpful and courteous. My oil change and tire rotation cost me $135 yesterday. Last time I had this done in November, it was only $115. I was also charged an extra 3% for using a credit card. There's no excuse for a rise in fees like this let alone to be nickel and dime for using a credit card after purchasing a very expensive car from this dealer. It's pathetic. At the very least, I should've been informed before I handed them my keys that there was a more expensive charge now and that there's also a credit card fee. Ridiculous. More
