My only qualm is when I negotiated the price, all of a sudden the title and taxes section was able to be reduced by a few hundred dollars which should be a set amount. They said it was a miscalculation so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve had things like this in the past with other dealerships. They did correct it quickly though and gave us an amazing price on the vehicle. We were out of there quickly and the process was as smooth as could be. More

We have bought 3 cars in a row from Coulter. Mark Owens on the GMC lot was super relaxed and it was a low pressure environment. We found a fair deal with little back and forth. Our most recent purchase was a used Audi that was in great condition. I later found out that the tires had some dry rot on the interior side that was hard to see unless you were at a tire store. I told Coulter about it and they reimbursed me for the two tires that had some issues. Buying a used car is never perfect, but if the dealer is trustworthy and committed to making it right, it makes it a lot better experience. More
