No one ever answered the phone in the service department, after repeated voicemails left over a two week period I had to drive down and make an appointment in person. Had my truck in twice to fix my AC to th after repeated voicemails left over a two week period I had to drive down and make an appointment in person. Had my truck in twice to fix my AC to the tune of over $3k, first time I had to wait two months to even bring it in for service and after $1200 that didn’t solve the problem. The staff were nice enough when I finally got in to talk to someone, Jeff did his best and was sympathetic to my situation. More
