This was the FIRST experience purchasing a vehicle where I didn't feel like my sales associate was trying to push me into buying something I didn't want or need. I have been to MANY dealerships and usually I didn't feel like my sales associate was trying to push me into buying something I didn't want or need. I brought my Pacifica in because the transmission was grinding at low gear changing. I was told that all was good and no one could find a problem when test driving. It still makes a lot of grinding. I dropped my truck off to have them look at the transmission and software recall at 10:00am. They said they’d call by 1PM with if they found anything. I get a call at 3:30PM saying they didn’t find transmission and software recall at 10:00am. They said they’d call by 1PM with if they found anything. I get a call at 3:30PM saying they didn’t find anything and still hadn’t done the software update. I got another call at 4:30PM again stating they found nothing wrong with the transmission and didn’t have time to do my recall. I missed a ton of work, had to pay for an Uber. Luckily, they didn’t charge me. Out of frustration, I picked up my truck instead of leaving it for another whole day, they brought me the wrong truck to pick up and then said the technician accidentally brought my key home. So, I had to wait for him to drop it off. This whole day has been a complete waste of time and money. I will not come back. I’ll wait for a month or so just to take it to West Herr instead. More
