Had a major issue (self-inflicted) with a new Silverado. Parts took forever because the vehicle was so new, but once they came in the service was done very quickly and work was very good. The service was excellent and timely. The Courtesy Car transportation was very friendly and much appreciated. Only one disappointment: the discontinuance of the Multi-Point Inspection pri The Courtesy Car transportation was very friendly and much appreciated. Only one disappointment: the discontinuance of the Multi-Point Inspection print out; the inspection via Video was only 15 seconds long and all I saw was the hood open, the Mechanic standing near the front of the car, and a piece of equipment with 2 hoses on it going into the engine compartment. The old M-P-I print out contained much valuable information about the overall condition of the car, and was a great help to know that condition. Very sad to see it go. More
