Never once was i made to feel pressured, and they encouraged my questions. The next staff member I encountered was the business manager, Rocco Toscano. I’ve always felt overwhelmed when I’ve reached this stage in car buying. I love how clear he was with their extended warranty options and explained exactly how they work.
