Pete should not be customer facing. He is rude and refuses to printed a quote for the insurance for a part. he refused to provide a part number when requested. He objected to finding a piece of scrap paper to write his name and phone number as he asked for the insurance to contact him. I owned a $70 ford vehicle. But would expect better value as a customer even if I bought a used Ford.
