I had to get my right side mirror assembly replaced. I dropped my vehicle off the morning of my appointment and expected to get a courtesy shuttle ride to work and pick it up later in the day. They immediately got their tech working on it and I was done and out the door within 20 minutes, not needing a shuttle ride. I was very pleased with the service and quickness of completing the job, which was not expected. I would definitely recommend this facility More

TERRIBLE. I have purchase vehicles from this location for many years (and various ownerships) BUT, this time it was very sleazy!! They ADD a Int/Ext I have purchase vehicles from this location for many years (and various ownerships) BUT, this time it was very sleazy!! They ADD a Int/Ext Detailing ($399) AND a LOJACK System ($399) to EVER vehicle whether you (buyer) want it or not. And they don't explain it or make you aware of it. ALSO, not only did they ADD the unwanted charges, they "extended" the LOJACK coverage for three years without asking or getting approval raising the cost to $1538 !!!! Very SLEAZY/sneaky. BUYERS BEWARE!!! More
