Yelled at me for being on my phone while we went back and forth. I tried to explain since you brought me something I wasn’t considering I needed to get some more information before I would make any decisions. I was totally ready to purchase on the spot. However they way she treated me from the minute I walked in the door I should have either left right away or asked for a different sales person. She completely wasted my time and put me in a bad mood. If she were honest and said we don’t have any EX-L it would have been one thing but it kindly came across as a bait and switch thing. More
