BLUF: You’ve been reported to the Better Business Bureau. The vehicle that was “sold” is STILL showing as an active listing through your organization. You have it ACTIVELY listed as available at 5 different dealerships when searched by VIN. An expensive used car with a manual transmission that has been on your lot for 30+ days just so happens to sell and leave the property RIGHT BEFORE the person who made a “VIP” appointment to come see it? At noon on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving? And now you are trying to pass off your bait-and-switch predatory sales tactics as multiple crazy coincidences. Important notes to the reader: 1) I was 30 minutes early to my “VIP” appointment, confirmed morning of. 2) There were no other customers in the store 3) They admit IN THEIR RESPONSE that they are directly responsible for my mistreatment. Additionally; what kind of sales person, knowing that they had the potential for a competitive offer ON THE WAY wouldn’t at least try to leverage the other offer? Fraudulent, Incompetent, unprofessional, and dishonest.
