I don't think they deserve even 1 star, I brought my Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on c Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on cars progress. They hadn't even started on the recall work and wanted to give me a loaner and come back the next day. I live an hour and a half away, I was furious and just took my car home. Unbelievable that they would treat a customer like this! They have lost me as a customer. More

Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Had to immediately return as they overfilled my tires by 5 pounds. Then had to return almost 3 weeks later as I was still leaking oil. Have been dealing with Casey for over 30 years and every year now it seems the service is getting worse and worse! Guess it may be time to move on! More

He is a true professional and always goes out of his way to satisfy his clients/customers. Not only do I consider Don my Service adviser, but also a friend who is looking out for me the customer. He is the reason we have purchased two Honda's from Casey Auto. When you find a auto repair shop you truly trust and care for you stick with them.
