Friendly and clean. 7k service was smooth. Reported another issue that was not properly documented/communicated with tech leaving the issue unresolved. During pick 7k service was smooth. Reported another issue that was not properly documented/communicated with tech leaving the issue unresolved. During pick up - it was pouring rain. No one offered to bring my car to me and there was no space for car to be parked under the carport area. For a $80+k vehicle, I would think this is customary. More

Not flexible and they take advantage of the situation when others solutions may be an option. I drove 6 hours to buy a used Jeep. My trade thru a CEL when they took it for a drive. They assumed worse re when others solutions may be an option. I drove 6 hours to buy a used Jeep. My trade thru a CEL when they took it for a drive. They assumed worse repair possible and was unwilling to finalize the deal on Monday when their mechanic could confirm the actual repair needed. Cost me $3500. They knew I was 6 hours away from home and they took advantage of that. More
