Said battery was bad, but there are two never said which one, called tech 2X never returned call. Took car to another shop batteries under load test were fine. You guys tried to over charge $650 for bat one, called tech 2X never returned call. Took car to another shop batteries under load test were fine. Kobe Hiltz was so helpful in getting my Ram 2500 diagnosed and into the service bay quickly. He was very courteous and kept me informed while I waited in the customer lounge.
