I had an engine replaced in NC and drove to MA last Friday. There was a serious oil leak when I got to Northampton. The first was for an oil change and inspection sticker, the 2nd During the last month I have visited the Dealership three times for different things. The first was for an oil change and inspection sticker, the 2nd to meet with someone about extended warranties and the third for a mechanical issue check. During all three occasions the different staff were very polite, knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions that I might have had. My wait time was very short. The customer lounge was very comfortable while I waited. I enjoyed having the TV to listen too, free wi fi and the free soda to drink. Burke Chevrolet has always been good to me when I go and I would definitely recommend them to others. More
