Reviewing the two recent visits you had for diagnosis over the last few months, we aren’t sure how we provided inaccurate information to you – we sincerely apologize if that did occur. The first visit outlined an initial problem with a spark plug in which repairs were recommended, but not performed; the second visit, about 10,000 miles after the first, lead us to continue from our initial diagnosis to locate the underlying cause of failure that requires significant engine work to your vehicle. I've tried calling Noah Hanneman multiple times through the number provided as well as through their operator. No response. I've sent emails through their contact forms, no response. Pretty sure their reply is a canned response to try and save face. Not impressed, really reinforces that shady, greasy used car sales vibe.

We understand that our offer to cover the cost of a rental vehicle overnight so the work could be completed then next morning or the other options that we provided to try and take care of you and your Honda, were not acceptable to your situation. We understand you would prefer completely open pricing, and this feature is the closest we are able to offer. Just input contact information and you will be able to view pricing for all new vehicles. We also apologize if pricing has been unclear on a specific vehicle you were looking for. It is true that extremely similar, even identical-seeming new vehicles can have different pricing. We pay the factory for these vehicles and the cost can change from batch to batch within the same model year. We do apologize for any lack of clarity when you were working with our sales staff.
