Brown Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM - Service Center

I have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 4 years. Sales has always been great that’s why I kept going back. BUT I finally needed service for my Wrangler. I had not driven it in about 8 months due to Sales has always been great that’s why I kept going back. BUT I finally needed service for my Wrangler. I had not driven it in about 8 months due to having another vehicle so the battery for the start(stop lost its power. I drove an hour to get there on a weekday only to be told that they were too busy and didn’t have time to help me. Even after I told him what the issue was and it was a quick fix. All they needed to do was charge the small battery The next day on SATURDAY I decided to go to Nyle Maxwell dealership in Castroville. They immediately told me no problem. It took them about an hour to fix the issue. Just charge the small battery. While I was there I was so impressed with their service that they have earned my Buisness going forward. There is no way a person should have to drop their car off for 72hrs just to even have it looked at. And then several more days to weeks to get something fixed. ( depending on problem) .
