This review is certainly discouraging and I am truly sorry that you did not have the same experience that almost all of customers in the past 93 years of our company being in business have had. I do feel as though having a negative review allows our customers and potential customers realize that we do have issues and we do our best to try and resolve them. In this business, when you sell over 2,000 vehicles in a given year it is to be expected that a small percentage of customers will not have the experience that we demand of ourselves. I have reached out and spoken to this customer privately on the phone and via e-mail. As a result of this review and those converstations, I was able to inform the customer that if in fact they had traded in their vehicle they were entitled to a pro-rated refund on their service contract. I was able expedite and process that for them and sent them a payment of a significant amount. Also, I have had a discussion with our Service Management team about how we can prevent this from happening in the future and we have made some immediate changes.
