I highly rate and recommend Bosac Honda and their service department. They took exceptional care of me when my 2017 Marzda, that I purchased from them, had an engine failure that we all found out about is no department. They took exceptional care of me when my 2017 Marzda, that I purchased from them, had an engine failure that we all found out about is not new to Mazda. Justin the service manager jumped right in and handled everything for me from the start. Thankfully it was covered by the extended warranty that I purchased thru Bosak when I bought the car. They had my car towed to Mazda where the work needed to be done. They were even kind enough to allow me to have a loaner vehicle the whole time my Mazda was getting worked on which ended up being 6+weeks. Justin kept me informed by frequently calling Mazda for updates. Kennedy Mazda was not so forthcoming. In fact, the service department at Kennedy was quite rude at times which I was not expecting since this was a Mazda problem. The next time I am looking to buy another vehicle I will definitely go back to Bosak Honda. More

Expected to pay well over $600 today on brakes, oil change, & wipers, but only spent $300. Dana informed me that my brakes/tires were still good enough to get me through this winter. So I had them do something else that was overdue since I had the funds and time to kill. I strongly believe that if I had gone elsewhere, they probably would not have been as honest.
