I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a vehicle from Bob Pion Used Cars, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's why I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my vehicle from Bob Pion Used Cars, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Here's why I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy: Deceptive Advertising: The car I saw online looked pristine, but when I arrived at the dealership, it was a completely different story. The photos must have been taken during the Mesozoic era because the car on the lot was a rusty, dented mess. Unhelpful Staff: The salesperson who "helped" me seemed more interested in their phone than actually assisting me. When I asked about the car's history, they mumbled something about it being "clean" but couldn't provide any concrete details. It felt like they were trying to rush me into a sale without addressing my concerns. Hidden Fees Galore: Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I was hit with a barrage of hidden fees at the last minute. There were charges for everything from "vehicle preparation" to "documentation," and they conveniently forgot to mention any of this beforehand. It felt like highway robbery. Shoddy Repairs: To add insult to injury, the car started having problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. Turns out, Bob Pion Used Cars' idea of "inspection and maintenance" is just a quick spray of air freshener and a pat on the back. I had to spend a small fortune at a reputable mechanic just to make the car roadworthy. Nonexistent Customer Service: When I tried to reach out to the dealership to address these issues, I was met with radio silence. Emails went unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and it felt like they had washed their hands of me as soon as they got my money. In conclusion, save yourself the headache and steer clear of Bob Pion Used Cars. Their shady practices, unprofessional staff, and subpar vehicles make them a prime example of everything that's wrong with the used car industry. Trust me, you're better off walking than giving them a single cent of your hard-earned money. More

I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. The end of 2020 was extremely difficult to find the truck I wanted and t time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. Dealing with the sales staff and finance staff was a pleasure and continues to be a pleasure. The professionalism of the finance staff was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. I paid $118 to be told "battery vibrating and bouncing may cause battery to die prematurely." I can provide written proof of this. Car still not fixed. They will not help resolve issue. I had an appointment set up and was greeted by my sales man Sterling. He seamed nice but he told me that the AT4 he had was $54,000. I test drove it and when we got back to the dealer he went inside as I w man Sterling. He seamed nice but he told me that the AT4 he had was $54,000. I test drove it and when we got back to the dealer he went inside as I was looking over the truck and he came out say he was sorry that he didn’t realise that the truck was a Rocky Ridge AT4 and it was $72,000. He had stated earlier that he was sold cars since the mid 80s and had been at Bob Pion for 15 years. This truck has sat on the lot for a year how did he “not” know that was $72,000 truck. The manager also stated we could put the sales tax on a credit card to lower the monthly payment. Also the quoted me 84 months at 5.6% monthly payments would be $999. I could get 0% for 72 months and the payment would be the same with one year less worth of payments. I just believe they are shady. More

nightmare... ever again at bob pion I bought 2018 gmc slt from sara she was great. If I email her, she always email me back. Then I put my taxes on my .c/c Then sara bought me into do the loan paper work with a guy. he talked so much, he add my taxes and glasscoat to my loan. WHICH I alreadly pay for . 2700.00 . If I didn't catch it. A big loss for me .Now he ask me if they owe me any thing . yes one under the seat storage unit and labor no cost to me. Oh and i buy a bug shield cost 165.00 and you pay for the labor. week later I got my truck. WE made a misstake on the taxes you owe us 400.00 more. I pay it . parts are not in yet. 2 or so days go by . sara email me parts are in. Ok see you monday at 3;00pm I bring my truck in. they put in the storage unit .bug shield was cracked. they said they will order another one. in the mean time i email sara and had her order me chrome tow hooks cost with labor 304.00. Now a week later i email sara. don hooks are in but bug shield was cracked again . order it again . in the mean time i email sara and asked if she could order me some mats front and rear cost 190.00 and a chrome pipe cost 100.00 and i will pick up them when i come in to have the hooks install. alright bug shield is in . nope cracked again. BUG SHIELD IS IN OK . sara see you on monday at 11;00am ok I bring my truck in sunday around 3;00pm . i gave my keys to the guy that did the loan paper work for me.T.hen I told him i would email sara. got home email sara said drop off truck sunday. and if I get out of work late have my bill ready. I will put it on my c/c for hooks,pipe, mats and bug shield and labor for hooks cost around 759.00 - 100.00 coupon=659.00 plustaxes Went monday around 5pm . Oh good parts are still open I'll go pay in there. now there a kid in there behind the glass i yell to him hey I'm don he said something but i couldn't hear him with the sliding glass window closed. I said what and as he went to stand up he roll his eyes . NO the bills up front .he piss me right off . walk out side to go up front . WOW I see my truck it has the wrong bug shield on it. now I'm smoking mad . i walk inside to get my bill. was 1121.63 should have been. 659.00 plus taxes Oh minus 45.00 for the black hooks they kept. NOW 614.00 plus taxes they gave me the storage box now charged me for it they even charge me labor on the mats. no body told them to install the mats or the pipe. oh the brand name on the bug shield was on backward . i sent them a picture of it backward . now they are reveiwing it . what there to reveiw its on backwards .plus you over charged me. 507.00 minus taxes on 614.00 send me a refund check service manager mean oh lets not forget about the eye roller. ( the truth) the salespeople are very nice. More
