Horrible customer service. The sales people seemed bothered when I walked through the door asking where the parts department was and when I asked where it was, he only pointed The sales people seemed bothered when I walked through the door asking where the parts department was and when I asked where it was, he only pointed and I was wondering around for minutes not able to find it. Once I got to the parts counter I didn’t even get a hello, only a blank stare. The bumper I purchased was super overpriced and was damaged when I received it. I returned the bumper the next day and that was a hassle because they tried saying I was the one who damaged it. Anyways, I went down to Cavender Subaru and they got me taken care of AND the bumper was $100 cheaper at Cavender. Bob Moore will never get my business again. More

Zach (sales person) and Dylan (sales manager) were both very transparent and helpful throughout the process of buying a used car. I wanted to have the car checked out by my mechanic, and they even offered very transparent and helpful throughout the process of buying a used car. I wanted to have the car checked out by my mechanic, and they even offered to take the car and pick it up from the mechanic. I had questions about the maintenance history of the vehicle, and they walked through all of the detailed Subaru records with me, and the service manager even worked with me to address questions. The Sales Mgr was willing to repair several minor items on the car prior to the sale. The staff was not pushy at all, and great to work with from start to finish. More
