I left a message on the MAIN answering machine 3 weeks ago to call to set up a service appt. Sales dept. ok, Service not so 2017 Mazda 3 GT leased. At only 17k miles the rear brakes were heavily corroded and to be replaced, which of course is ridiculous, but Mazda has had t 2017 Mazda 3 GT leased. At only 17k miles the rear brakes were heavily corroded and to be replaced, which of course is ridiculous, but Mazda has had this issue already on another model. So we took it in and had to pay the full cost to replace the brakes because they are not under warranty. Obviously Mazda is using defective parts and though our salesman got a little of our money back (still out $305), we feel service should have covered this and then got on the phone with Mazda. A friend of ours has the exact same car and had the exact same issue (I have also already filed and NHTSA complaint) and because his had 2000 miles less on it or so they covered the costs! Customer service means going above and beyond to take care of and retain clients, not simply doing what a corporate system says you should be doing. Though this is our main concern at the moment it's important to note we previously had issues here with techs not completing assigned work. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and corteous, but that's it. And we definitey never buy a Mazda again nor recommend them anymore. More

Slow or never returned calls, crazy high pricing when I did talk to someone. I extended my search to Rochester and Marketplace Mazda called me back in short order. Shawn Bishop made my transaction crazy simple for a car dealer. A great price over the phone, and the car was exactly as expected when we arrived after a 70 something mile drive. The car was ready to go and there was no B.S. We were in and out of the dealer in under 30 minutes with our new ride. I recommend him and this dealer to anyone. More
