Very poor customer service. Tyler said after 30 minutes he would touch base with me to provide an eta for oil change and tire rotation. He never talked to me. After two hours of my scheduled appointment I spoke with the cashier to find out the status of my vehicle. The lady told me I should be getting an email or a text since they just finished with my car. I never received either. The cashier said she'll page Tyler or I. An go outside to look for him. Not sure why it's my job to find him. They should have gone looking for him. It's not like I work there. On top of it your mechanics forgot to put but the Nissan hub caps that belong to my rims. I had to come back for you guys to put them back. God knows what else they forgot to put back. I used to go there for your customer service even if it cost more to get my vehicle serviced. Never again will I be back. More
