Came to dealer with issue starting. Charged $189 for diagnostic, told service writer main issue was starting, but during the multiple attempts to start a check engine light came on. Tec Charged $189 for diagnostic, told service writer main issue was starting, but during the multiple attempts to start a check engine light came on. Tech thought the issue starting was caused by the throttle body error. Tech never tried to troubleshoot the starting issue. After replacing throttle body for $600, tech still had the starting issue. Charged $189 again to diagnose the starting issue. $900 later tech replaced faulty starter. Only had issue with check engine light after trying rapidly to start the faulty starter. Tech found a cracked starter body which they failed to find during the free inspection, and for the first $189 diagnostic fee. Baited and switched. More
