John is really nice and provided pricing of the items that needed attention with my bmw. Normally people dread the service dept but not in this case. Thank you John! that needed attention with my bmw. Normally people dread the service dept but not in this case. Thank you John! More
Russ Millard was a pleasure to work with - he listened to what we were looking for (a very specific listing we'd already found online and were ready to purchase that day, if all went well) and went to extra what we were looking for (a very specific listing we'd already found online and were ready to purchase that day, if all went well) and went to extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. I was a bit put off by the fact that some minor body issues on the vehicle (a 2008, so completely acceptable) we're not effectively shown in photos. Look it's an older vehicle that was priced to sell -- no reason not to be as transparent as possible in the research photos. I get it's a sales ploy of sorts: present the vehicle in the most attractive light possible using clever shadows and angles to avoid any blemishes. But I personally think you should put the details out there so a consumer can make an informed decision. I'm sure some 90+% of the car buying process now happens online well before anyone steps onto a dealership - so there's no reason not to be as transparent and upfront as possible. I would still recommend this dealer to any friend or family member and would specifically tell them they should ask for Russ. More
