I made an appointment to have my F150 repaired by calling on a Thursday and received an appointment the following Wednesday at 8:00 AM. I left the truck at 6:45 AM in front of the service department. I left the keys in the service drop box with a message I would pick it up at 4:00 PM. I was told when I made the appointment, that a diagnostic would have to be done and it would cost me $150.00. I said OK that would be fine. After they had my truck all day long, I went to pick it up only to find out that they had done nothing to my truck. I asked what did the diagnostic show. Scott's reply "I don't know anything." I said it appears to me that you did not want to work on my truck. Scott said it takes 48 hours and I did not give them time to diagnose the trouble and fix the problem. I went to another dealership and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. I bought one vehicle from Benson Ford of Easley, SC and I will not buy anymore vehicles from them. An appointment in the service department does not mean a thing to the Benson service techs. I would not recommend my worst enemy to them. More
We were looking for a particular make/model and found this car online. Lisa Jo was very prompt in getting us a few more photos and information. We live 2-1/2 hours away and the car wasn't completely read this car online. Lisa Jo was very prompt in getting us a few more photos and information. We live 2-1/2 hours away and the car wasn't completely ready, but we went to have an initial look at it. We got to meet Lisa Jo in person (who is wonderful!) and met with Steven, our salesman. He was also very helpful. We put a deposit on the car as we definitely wanted it, but had not been able to do an actual test drive yet. They worked out all the financing during the week so when we came in the following Saturday everything went smoothly and quickly. The vehicle exceeded our expectations and my wife is very happy with it. The whole experience was pleasant. Felt we left there having made new friends! More

Literally had to chase this dealership down to buy a vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we wer vehicle they had. Although we would have much rather given our hard-earned money to another dealership, unfortunately Benson had the exact car we were looking for. Against our better judgment, we bought the car from them. They would not answer calls or return messages before selling us the car, so it should have come as no surprise that they will not return our calls or messages regarding multiple problems, questions, and MISSING important safety pieces from the car since the sale. Spend your money elsewhere. They have zero customer service. More
