Schedule service online was very easy. Arrived at dealer and was greated and dropped off truck for service. Service advisor was very helpful and took all info and started work. Received a text that some additional work needed to be completed so agreed to do work and signed papers online. Work was completed very quickly and out the door I go!! Thank you More

I purchased a pre-paid oil change package some time ago. When I went int the dealership to have the service done, I was told that the agreement I had purchased had "expired". "It was in your contract Mr. When I went int the dealership to have the service done, I was told that the agreement I had purchased had "expired". "It was in your contract Mr. Johnson". No refund, no sorry you got duped - nothing. I had to pay for the service. I accused them of theft - no reaction. I am considering going to small claims court for the $75. I view such behavior as falling under the criminal code definition of theft by unlawful taking! More
