Wait is always long. Came in for scheduled maintenance and didn't realize the inspection was due in the same month. Waited two weeks for an appointment to bring my Jeep in for a diagnostic to find out the cause of a rubbing/creaking noise when I turned. According to the workers, everything was fine, but they noticed it for a diagnostic to find out the cause of a rubbing/creaking noise when I turned. According to the workers, everything was fine, but they noticed it needed and alignment, which normally costs about $170. (The alignment never felt off, but maybe it was minor.) That was an expensive alignment! Nearly $400 for the diagnostic, but the vehicle continued to make the same odd noise as soon as I drove away from the dealership. I'm not confident that they even checked it. Certainly, nobody actually drove the vehicle to confirm the noise. More

Really a ridiculous charge for what was done. I know there is the basic $400 charge just to look at a car, but when under an extended warranty either the dealer or Dodge should do better. I was given an appointment for Friday 5/17. When I dropped off the car, I was told that they were backed up and that they wouldnt be able to get to my car until Tuesday. Now while I appreciate the warning, why wouldnt you call me prior and rescheduled the appointment for a day that would have been same day service. In addition after 3 days of driving the vehicle, the start/stop warning light came back on. That was the reason for me bringing the car in the first place. So i was without a car for 5 days and the problem was not resolved. On a positive note, the staff there were very polite and friendly. More
