Waited two weeks for an appointment to bring my Jeep in for a diagnostic to find out the cause of a rubbing/creaking noise when I turned. That was an expensive alignment! Nearly $400 for the diagnostic, but the vehicle continued to make the same odd noise as soon as I drove away from the dealership. I'm not confident that they even checked it. Certainly, nobody actually drove the vehicle to confirm the noise. More

I was sent this email today which is weird because I have not been to your service department in over 3 years. My reason why is because of the fact that the last few times I was there the repair guys did not not been to your service department in over 3 years. One time I had the cabin filter changed and they didn't put back the glove compartment correctly. The bottom material was never attached the way it was supposed to be. Another time I was there for a repair of something under the passenger seat. When they said my car was all done, I paid and went out to get the car and they failed to reinstall the passenger seat. I consider myself grateful that I never had engine work done by your service department. So now you can understand why I haven't returned and wonder why you are asking for a review. More
