We have tried to contact our salesman Sawyer Boehm and the finance manager Josef Trzos without any success. They both were so friendly and helpful when we purchased and picked up our car, but since then the finance manager Josef Trzos without any success. They both were so friendly and helpful when we purchased and picked up our car, but since then we have been totally ignored, even tho that was not the way they talked when we were there. They assured us they would be there for us. Does that sound like it? We sent the following e-mail on April 8 and still did not get a response. "After purchasing the car and doing all the paper work, our son and the two of us headed out of the Cities for our home in ND in hopes to be ahead of the weekend rush hour. Our son was our driver and we were on the road for a short while when he noticed a crack on the windshield. That following Monday after Easter, we called our salesman, Sawyer Boehm, and we left a message with him. He did return our call and we explained the crack in the windshield and he said he would look into it. We took the car to our local body shop and he took several pictures of the crack in the windshield and we e-mailed the pictures to Sawyer and to Jozef Trzos, the Finance Manager. At the conclusion of our purchase, Jozef reiterated that if we had any problems or questions he would help us. Since then we have not heard from either of them nor anyone from AutoNation Ford. We have tried numerous times and Sawyer did not answer the phone nor return a call. We also tried to call Josef Trzos using the extension number listed on his card and in one phone call a “Mike” talked to us and transferred us to the sales manager. We left a message with the sales manager and we have not heard back from him either. We are very disappointed that we have had no responses in over a week and we hope to hear from you before we need to take further steps to resolve this action. You can contact us by calling or texting 701-845-2943 or by e-mailing us at maleier@yahoo.com." When will we hear from you??? Larry and Mary Ann Leier 1026 7th Avenue NW Valley City, ND 58072 More
I worked with sales consultant Rich Aboody, he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The purchase process was simple. The finance person offered warranty options but w fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The purchase process was simple. The finance person offered warranty options but wasn't pushing when I declined. I will definitely go here next time I'm looking for a vehicle. More

Worst Service Department Customer Service experience ever!! Would get zero stars if I could, and still write this review. They will sell you a car (I got a good one thank you.) and be your best friend ever!! Would get zero stars if I could, and still write this review. They will sell you a car (I got a good one thank you.) and be your best friend during the purchase process. Try to take the car back for routine maintenance and some other work, "customer service" goes out the window!! Every time I've tried to schedule a service appointment, one of the 1st things I request, is a loaner, but the Customer Service rep will repeatedly try to talk me out of it, I try to explain, that I am a busy person with places to go, things to do, and people to see, and if I don't have a vehicle, I can't do those things, I am willing to wait a while for the needed service, if needs be, that's why I'm trying to schedule far enough in advance so they will have a loaner available for me, then they come back with "the service you're requesting usually only takes 24 hours or less". I have news for you!! EVERY TIME I'VE BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR "should only take 24 hours" SERVICE, AUTONATION FORD IN WHITE BEAR LAKE HAS HAD MY CAR FOR A MINIMUM OF A WEEK!!!! If they have to run a diagnostic test on the vehicle, it's a "minimum of 48 hours", that's 2 x "24 hours" already (I was told they would need to do that for this service that I need). I work full time, and I have other obligations that require transportation when I'm not at work. I CANNOT be without transportation for 24 hours, let alone a week or more! "We'll give you a ride home and come pick you up when your vehicle is done".......Did you NOT listen to me?? I cannot be without transportation that long!! When I finally get through to them that I really do need a loaner vehicle, they then say that they will have to transfer me to the person who "handles loaners". They put me on hold, then come back 5 or more minutes later saying that person is on a break, gone to lunch, is on another call, at any rate, they can't help me right now, can they call me back shortly? Sure, how shortly? They can't say. Today it's been 5+ hours, no call yet, I'm sure they're now closed for the day. I think you get my drift it's OK to purchase a vehicle from them, new or used, they treat you well. (BTW I really do like the vehicle they sold me). But that's where the "good" ends. GO ELSEWHERE!!! I definitely will if I ever need to purchase another vehicle., I'm definitely taking my vehicle to another place for service.......maybe one of the MANY other dealerships in that neighborhood. More
