David was incredibly helpful and patient setting up all the tech stuff, and Sami tried so hard to meet all of our financial needs on both the new car and our trade-in. Found the Lexus I’ve been searching for at this Audi dealership. Sales guy Gilles L. was such a pleasure to work with, if basing this review off of him alone, it would receive 5+ stars. He made me feel comfortable and was really personable. Such a great guy. Even helped clean out my old Lexus out in the rain before I left and removed my personalized plates too. However, I feel like the finance lady Chloe, really pressured me into buying an extended warranty and gap that I didn’t really need. I’ve owned Toyota/lexus in the past and they are highly reliable cars, and I have gap through my insurance. I told Chloe no thanks MULTIPLE TIMES. But she just wouldn’t take no as an answer because she’s “just trying to help me out”. So, I was extremely pressured into a 4 year extended warranty adding almost 5k to my total. When again, I said no multiple times. Please understand that no means NO. I went ahead with it because i knew i wouldn’t get out of there otherwise since it was just a back and fourth and she clearly doesn’t know how to listen to what the customer wants. She also ensured I’d receive a front mount bracket for my plate, and had me sign an acknowledgment when it was never even installed/ received. I didn’t really enjoy working with her whatsoever. And I think she pressured me because I’m a woman and was there alone, and she totally took advantage of that and my lack of knowledge when it comes to this process. It was a rainy day when I was there, so the car wasn’t washed, so when it stopped raining, the car was clearly dirty from before it even started raining.. would’ve been nice to have a clean car considering I just purchased it, even if it was raining out. More
