Making an expensive purchase from afar can be difficult, especially when the vehicle is 'used'. Matt's demeanor, professionalism, and earnestness in trying to get our questions answered made us extremely comfortable that we were was getting solid, honest answers. On several occasions at our request, he checked various points on the vehicle and sent us pictures. For all the reasons above and more, he was instrumental in getting us into the particular vehicle, but mainly because we felt we were dealing with a very honest person. My son and I flew into Pittsburgh from NJ and were greeted by Matt and Jon Doliveira (Pre-owned Sales Manager) who treated like old friends. Both Matt and Jon went above and beyond to ensure the whole experience went well and dove into action to rectify a minor issue. The experience of finalizing with Jake Akhtar (Business Manager) was also fantastic. Even the staff in the periphery went out of their way to say hello and be extremely welcoming. Every person we met from Dan who prepped our vehicle, to the guys in the repair shop, were genuinely interested in ensuring the vehicle was ready to go and that we were completely satisfied. We never felt rushed and actually felt like we were taking too much of THEIR time...LOL! For not being a potential repeat customer, due to living much too far away, they sure treated us as such! This was my first Audi purchase, and it could not have gone better. Matt was super helpful and never pushy at all. Had not visited this dealer for service for 5 years after I sold my Audi sedan. They provided OK service then, but nothing to rave about. This week I took my 2015 Q7 for an ABS problem, they cleaned a rear s I sold my Audi sedan. They provided OK service then, but nothing to rave about. This week I took my 2015 Q7 for an ABS problem, they cleaned a rear sensor, drove the car 2 miles and charged $542. After me driving the car 60 miles the car problem returned as if nothing had been done. Contacted service immediately and they was asked to return the car for more work and money. I could have done the work but thought they would have more expertise and resources to diagnose and fix the problem without guessing. I was wrong and paid for it. Audi Cochran is not number 1. My advice is that you take your car to someone else. On the questions below: How would you rate the service center's explanation of cost of service? Good if they had fixed it. How was the speed of service for your vehicle? Good if they had fixed it. How was the communication from the service department? Good, but they did not fix it. More

Extremely Ignorant and rude.
