I was shopping for a used vehicle, Audi chandler had the model I was looking for, listed as loaner. 1st call, response “ I do not know where the car is or when it will be available to see”. Emailed sales ma model I was looking for, listed as loaner. 1st call, response “ I do not know where the car is or when it will be available to see”. Emailed sales manager, sales person emailed me, I expressed my concerns on buying a loaner, the maintenance, condition of a loaner? “ These are Audi customers miss, majority of our customers know how to treat cars. It is a loaner car, so I do not have access unless it is sold “.Several emails back and forth, but no available date to see the car. I was ready to buy that weekend but could not get an answer as to when I could see the car, last email was never replied to. I opened a chat Saturday at 530, asking about the car, and when I could see it, I was told they were closed, they close at 6. The following day the same salesman whom I quoted above emailed me, and seemed upset regarding my chat inquiry. To be fair this salesman did apologize for not being more clear on his responses. I finally get the response that should of been from the start, “I will let you know when the car is available”. Suddenly two days later after being sent purchase numbers, but still no idea on car availability my phone blows up on my busiest day at work. They have another buyer for a car…a car that no one seemed to know when it would be available to see. If a dealership advertises a loaner car for sale the service department should have an idea on when the car will return. Do not advertise a car if you do not have a professional response to inquiries on the car other than “ all cars advertised are for sale” something I was told many times. I reached out to the dealership manager to provide feedback, but heard nothing back. I found a car at another dealership, and the professionalism, kindness, stress free sale is the way it should be. I hope that Audi Chandler can improve their communications with potential new customers. More
