Some of the employees are very unprofessional. Arguing in the lobby about not wanting to give a estimate for trade in until a contract is signed. When you are signing the contract they state that the loan credit union is including a special rate for the extended warranty. They just automatically include it into the bill. Our sales person was pretty good. He had to wash our vehicle himself because there was no lot attendant. The vehicle was nice only down side was it didn't have floor mats or a second key. More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and now AC don’t work, wheel barring off, etc. I believe the person responsible for servicing my car did the wrong work order on my car as it took him 3 hrs smh to do work, wheel barring off, etc. I believe the person responsible for servicing my car did the wrong work order on my car as it took him 3 hrs smh to do just an oil change.
