Robert in sales is the shinning bright spot in your dealership. The valet service fails more than it succeeds. the parts department is capable but the dealership is not linked to the ford websites. Service was GREAT as usual! ! I love this dealer. Talk about a seamless transaction! The folks at Aschenbach Ford picked my vehicle up where I work, performed the desired serv ! I love this dealer. I didn't even have an appointment. I just gave them a call and wallah, my Ford was completely serviced and waiting for me to get off work to take me home. More

I called in for an appointment to get my batteries checked. Appt. Time 9:00 am truck in shop about 9:20 about 10:00 was informed one of my batteries was very weak. Bought their battery (original equip checked. Appt. Time 9:00 am truck in shop about 9:20 about 10:00 was informed one of my batteries was very weak. Bought their battery (original equipment) $180.00 I installed the battery myself saved about $130.00 on installation. Took the bad battery back for $16.00 core. Took about another 40 minutes to process the core refund. Not a terrible ordeal but next time I’ll go to advance auto parts who checks the battery for free and installs for free and save about an hour. More
