We went to the dealership yesterday in the hope to get clarification on a problem made by Honda Financial Services since we cannot get hold of anybody on the phone. we were directed by customer service to clarification on a problem made by Honda Financial Services since we cannot get hold of anybody on the phone. we were directed by customer service to Mr. Anderson. Mr. Jeff Anderson on the finance department was very exceptional at customer services! He talked to us standing in front of his office. Told us to go to our bank(Honda Financial Services, probably),walked in to his office and sat down facing his computer and told us(while we were left standing outside his office door)that he cannot do anything about it. Told us to call Honda financing and wait. If we don't receive any response is because that "was it." The demeanor of this person is so troubling and frustrating considering the position he holds on the company. T give this person a star is over rated. More

Every time I have service at Arrowhead Honda Divac Aodisho service adviser goes the extra mile to help me. He advises me with information to upkeep my car. I had asked him about daylight headlamps. The factory installed headlamp are of a yellow color which are inadequate for my car. They do not provide enough Illumination for night driving. Divac gave me the printout of were I could purchase the Sealight Bulbs replacement for my car thru Amazon. Of course I will return to Honda after purchase and have them installed.
