I really enjoyed working with Jeff, but something we never talked about was what I received for turning my lease in early. I didn't think about it until a couple days later. One other thing that has not never talked about was what I received for turning my lease in early. I didn't think about it until a couple days later. One other thing that has nothing to do with Jeff. For some reason my account is always under my husband's name, Joseph Wallenhorst, for some reason no one has been able to put my account under my email address, awallenho@gmail.com. I do receive some emails, but not the important ones like recalls and service notifications. Other than those 2 issues Andrew Toyota did a wonderful job. More

Service is terrible. Both when I initially signed up for my lease and when I purchased my lease. Service is done in a timely manor and done right the first time. Willy listens to any complaints I have and relays them to technician working on my car.
