I called about airbag service- was told to be in by 9 on Sat. morning. I was in @ 8.30- sat in the waiting room for an hour & the guy came in to inform me they didn't have the parts & he wasn't sure when th Sat. morning. I'm upset with the Service Department. They towed my car in on Thursday 4-6-23. I've called them, twice to check on status, since I heard nothing from them. Just been told @ 4:20 p.m on 4 They towed my car in on Thursday 4-6-23. I've called them, twice to check on status, since I heard nothing from them. Just been told @ 4:20 p.m on 4-7-23 they haven't got to my car & it will be Monday. They said have a good Easter! I have NO CAR, & NO INFO ON CAR. I'M NOT HAPPY More

Spoke with a salesman. He offered us a deal on a car. We test drove it went the next day to buy and the sales manager pulled the deal. Called the salesman old and senile.
